Job Description

As a Security Officer - Campus Patrol in Casa Grande, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible, and help discourage security-related incidents through strong presence and clear communication. You will support employees and visitors with professional customer service, document observations, and partner with site teams to respond to concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Control access at vehicle and personnel entry points by checking identification, logging visitors and/or contractors, issuing temporary badges, and directing arrivals to the appropriate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or local emergency services as needed.
• Complete detailed reports on patrols, access control activity, and security-related incidents, and communicate observations to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
