Responsibilities Include:

Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership.
Assist other maintenance staff on special projects.
Maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair.
Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
Painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown, and popcorn ceilings.
Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning.
Other duties as assigned by your leader.

Schedule Details: Primarily nights from 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, days off TBD. May work occasional days as needed, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

What are we looking for?

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance.
Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
