Mortgage Servicing Specialist 


We're seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our Mortgage Servicing team. This position plays an important role in supporting Wyoming homeowners by setting up new mortgage loans, maintaining accurate loan records, and assisting customers with servicing questions throughout the life of their loan.


The ideal candidate enjoys working with detailed information, is highly organized, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy in every step of the mortgage servicing process.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing, banking, or a related financial services field
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with mortgage servicing systems or document imaging software is a plus
