Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Performance Improvement Coordinator . We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, science, or business-related discipline/field required. Candidates who are in progress with completion of a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of directly transferrable healthcare experience may be considered. 
  • Medical terminology and/or coding experience required. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare-related setting required. Clinical experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:  Supports the organization’s quality and performance improvement efforts by assessing processes, evaluating performance indicators, and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities include conducting chart reviews, audits, data analysis, and process assessments to identify gaps, risks, and areas of opportunity. The coordinator collaborates with leaders and staff to develop, implement, and monitor performance improvement strategies and action plans. This role also supports the development and implementation of patient experience initiatives designed to improve patient satisfaction, engagement, communication, and the overall patient journey across the healthcare organization.
