Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a full-time detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team to operate our outpatient lab services. REQUIREMENTS:                              
  • Certificate of Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant education and clinical training from an approved program is preferred.
  • Previous Phlebotomy or MA experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position involves customer service, clerical, and clinical responsibilities that are essential to the efficient operation of our outpatient lab services. The position involves accurately entering and processing orders using a dedicated electronic medical records (EMR) system, collecting, labeling, and processing patient specimens with precision and care, maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with all protocols, and managing lab equipment and inventory to ensure efficient daily operations. Additionally, this role requires delivering excellent customer service to support a positive patient experience. Reliability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail are key to succeeding in this position.
