Job Title: Part-Time Janitorial Technician – Medical Facility

Location: Daytona Beach, FL
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to clean and maintain an outpatient medical facility. This role is essential in helping create a clean, safe, and healthy environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the facility
Vacuum, mop, dust, and remove trash daily
Clean and disinfect restrooms, patient areas, and high-touch surfaces
Replenish restroom and facility supplies
Address spills and safety hazards promptly
Secure the building after cleaning (lock doors, turn off lights, etc.)
Report maintenance issues or supply needs to management
Follow all safety and cleaning protocols

Qualifications

At least 1 year of cleaning or janitorial experience (medical preferred)
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Physically able to perform cleaning tasks
Dependable, punctual, and professional
