Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow initiatives to enhance quality, cleanliness, safety, and productivity while reducing costs.
  • Gain expertise in operating equipment through hands-on training.
  • Collaborate with the QC lab and R&D teams.
  • Build production batches and maintain accurate batch paperwork.
  • Load and unload chemicals, operate pumps and filters, and monitor temperatures and run speeds.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and submit repair work orders.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area, following 6S principles.
  • Work together with your team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform other assigned duties.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of related operator experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work independently on daily tasks.
  • Familiarity with ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
