Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic work environment? We’re looking for a Shipping & Receiving Operator to help us prepare items for shipment and ensure quality control.

What You'll Do:

• Package finished products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Utilize pick tickets and sales orders to prepare shipments.
• Repackage containers as needed.
• Stage and load finished products onto trucks for shipment.
• Unload raw materials and manage warehouse storage.
• Ensure no damaged products are sent out and no damaged materials are accepted.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years of shipping experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Certification to operate a forklift is required (or ability to obtain certification within 90 days)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
