What would you do as a Warehouse Associate?

As a Warehouse Associate at Michael & Son Services, you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping ensure our warehouse is clean, organized, and efficient. Your responsibilities may include:

• Receiving, organizing, and stocking parts, materials, and equipment

• Preparing parts and materials for technicians in the field

• Delivering parts and supplies to technicians using company vehicles

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment

• Maintaining accurate inventory

• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

• Assisting with other warehouse and material-handling tasks as needed

This is a permanent warehouse position with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow within the company.

Requirements for the Warehouse Associate

To excel as a Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Michael & Son Services, you'll need:

• A valid driver's license

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent

• A good command of English

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Reliability and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
