The Role
As an Accounting Specialist, you will be a cornerstone of our financial operations. You’ll go beyond basic data entry to support the full accounting cycle—from managing payables to ensuring our financial statements are audit-ready and GAAP-compliant.

What You’ll Do:

Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and meticulous Bank Reconciliations.
Lead General Ledger, Payroll, and Benefits auditing to ensure every dollar is accounted for.
Play a key role in month-end closing and the preparation of financial statements.
Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting processes to support our continued growth.
Gather and analyze data to prepare vital financial reports for leadership.

What You Bring:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
Experience: 3+ years of proven accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or healthcare setting.
Skills: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas).
Knowledge: A deep, working knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
Reliability: A commitment to accuracy, consistency, and accountability.
