YOUR SCHEDULE

This position will work a schedule of Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 am - 7:30 pm.

 

YOUR DAY

In this challenging yet rewarding role, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality meals to our residents, ensuring that each dining experience is a memorable one. You will schedule, organize, and supervise our dining services employees, ensuring that they are well-trained and delivering exceptional service. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a sanitary and infection-free environment, ensuring the health and safety of our residents. We believe in providing top-notch service in accordance with federal and state regulations, and your dedication to upholding company policies and procedures will be essential.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Are you a strong communicator, confident in making decisions while also being accountable and empathetic? We are looking for someone open to doing things differently, who isn't afraid to try new things. We also require:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of and ability to meet regulations of ADA, state, infection and control, health department, and OSHA
  • Passion for working with seniors
  • Leadership skills
  • Experience in a dining environment is required
  • At least 1 year of management experience supervising multiple employees is required, and the ability to work with high school-aged team members

The following is preferred but not required:

  • Experience in a restaurant or the dietary department of a health care facility
  • Experience working at a senior living facility
  • Experience as a manager at an assisted living facility
