What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer serviceÂ
- Schedule appointments and assist customers with questions about servicesÂ
- Become knowledgeable about our products and services to confidently assist customersÂ
- Maintain and manage ESA (membership) programsÂ
- Perform “happy calls” and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfactionÂ
- Accurately take and relay messagesÂ
- Escalate customer concerns to management when neededÂ
- Represent and promote the Nytech brand in every interactionÂ
- Support team members and complete additional duties as assignedÂ
