Your Impact
As a Medical Assistant, you'll be an important part of the patient care team, supporting providers with clinical services while helping keep daily clinic operations organized and efficient.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Bring patients back to exam rooms and collect medical histories, vital signs, and test results 
  • Verify patient information and maintain complete, accurate medical records 
  • Prepare examination and treatment areas, equipment, and instruments 
  • Support providers during examinations and in-office procedures 
  • Administer medications under physician supervision 
  • Assist with patient care and transfers before and after procedures 
  • Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient waitlists 
  • Monitor medical supply levels and stock treatment rooms as needed 
  • Provide compassionate assistance to patients and their families 
  • Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic policies and requirements 
  • Complete required annual training 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned 
What You Bring
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting 
  • Hands-on experience working with EMR systems 
Preferred:
  • Medical Assistant certification (or certification as required by clinic needs) 
  • Pain management, orthopedic, or spine experience is a plus, but not required
