Kenny Ross Ford South in Castle Shannon, PA is searching for driven and dedicated Ford Certified Automotive Service Technicians with 1 to 5 years' experience!

 Job Duties:

• Evaluate customer’s needs, working quickly and efficiently
• Master products, services and company knowledge
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Test parts and systems to ensure that they are working properly
• Identify mechanical problems
• Perform basic care and maintenance including oil changes, tune-ups, and tire rotations
• Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads and wheel bearings
• 40+ hour work week with Saturday and evening rotations

Qualifications:

• PA State and Emissions License
• Ford Certified
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
• Should be able to Operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Detail oriented, capable of a high-quality repair
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Basic Computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• A valid PA driver’s license
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
• Must have at least three years of driving experience
