Seasonal Customer Return Representative

This is a seasonal position supporting our peak season from June 17 through September 9, 2025. A seasonal role is a great way to get started at Avis Budget Group and may lead to future opportunities beyond the peak season.

In this role, you play a key part in ensuring customers finish their rental smoothly while helping maintain fleet accuracy and readiness.

What You’ll Do:

In this outdoor role, you will assist customers as they return their rental vehicles. Responsibilities include greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage and fuel levels, documenting vehicle condition, and checking vehicles into the system accurately.

You will help ensure returned vehicles are properly processed and ready for the next rental, all while delivering professional, friendly customer service that supports a positive customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus
