Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location:

We are hiring a licensed clinical social worker to join our growing physician-lead geriatrics practice.

Compensation: $80,000 - $92,000 per year, commensurate with experience (includes base + bonus + incentive)

What you will need:

• Social Work degree (BSW or MSW) required

• Clinically Licensed Social Work – highest licensure in the state - required

• Minimum of three years of social work experience is required (In a health care setting preferred)

• Knowledge of geriatric population, case management and dementia preferred
