This position is central to the smooth and successful operation of our poker room. You will be responsible for leading and guiding the dealer team, ensuring prompt, courteous, and accurate game delivery, while also maintaining the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance.

Your core duties will involve overseeing all poker action, supervising opening and closing procedures, handling irregular play, and providing an entertaining atmosphere that keeps our guests engaged. Success in this role demands strong people management skills, meticulous attention to detail regarding game rules and payouts, and a proactive approach to guest service and safety. A minimum of one year of professional casino poker dealing experience is required.
