ABOUT THE ROLE

The Final Assembler performs tasks that are essential to production. The Final Assembler, working with a team, completes the assembly of the cooler, ensuring that it is customer ready.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Hand assembly of cooler components
Uses hand and power tools to assemble components and the final completed cooler
Studies blueprints, work orders, or schematics to plan and carry out tasks
Test and disassembles assemblies for shipment
Operates manlifts and cranes
Other duties as assigned/directed by supervisor

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 1-2 years experience in assembly in a manufacturing environment

• Aptitude of mechanics

• Self-motivated

• Detail oriented

• Ability to work in a team atmosphere

• Ability to work in tight or enclosed areas

• Ability to work at height 6 feet of the ground

• Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch

• Excellent hand-eye coordination

• Work safely and look out for the safety of the team

• Keep a clean and hazard free workspace

• Identify any defective items and handle them accordingly

• Use reason to solve problems

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including standing for long periods

• Ability to lift up to 35lbs

• Follow JSA, work instructions, and use identified PPE

• Takes pride in work product and the final product that is shipped
