Design Hire is seeking a Structural Engineer to support building design, analysis, and construction documentation for commercial and structural projects. This role is a strong fit for someone with hands-on design software experience, strong technical judgment, and the ability to support structural deliverables from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform structural analysis and design for building systems, framing, foundations, and related structural components.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, reports, and construction documents for project review and delivery.
• Coordinate structural design details with architects, internal engineering teams, and project stakeholders.
• Review models, drawings, field information, and project requirements to support accurate design decisions.
• Assist with design revisions, technical coordination, and construction-phase support as needed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• EIT or PE preferred.
• Experience with structural design and analysis for commercial, industrial, or building-related projects.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD preferred.
• Experience using structural analysis software such as RISA, RAM, or Enercalc.
• Strong understanding of load paths, framing systems, foundations, and structural design principles.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, calculations, and construction documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
