Compensation
Base Salary:
$70,000 - $75,000 annually
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $95,000-$105,000 annually
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a motivated Account Executive for our Hunt Valley, MD office who enjoys opening doors, building long-term relationships, and becoming a trusted advisor within the commercial community. If you're energized by meeting new people, creating opportunities from scratch, and seeing the direct impact of your work, we'd love to meet you.

This isn't an order-taking role.
It's a true business development position where you'll create new relationships with commercial property managers, facility directors, healthcare organizations, municipalities, schools, hospitality groups, contractors, insurance professionals, and other business leaders throughout your territory.

You'll have the backing of one of the nation's most recognized restoration brands while working with a locally owned organization that invests heavily in its people.


What You'll Do
  • Develop new commercial relationships through strategic prospecting and networking
  • Become a trusted resource for businesses before they experience a disaster
  • Schedule and conduct professional presentations and educational meetings
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospect to long-term client
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and manage your territory like your own business
  • Attend networking events, association meetings, and community functions
  • Continue learning about restoration, construction, emergency planning, and business development
