About the Role:

Allstate Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated and “LICENSED” Insurance Professional to join their team in Baltimore, MD as a Licensed Insurance Producer and Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities:

Sell and service personal and commercial insurance policies to new and existing clients
Respond to client inquiries, policy changes, and coverage questions in a timely and professional manner
Process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and new business applications
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to meet client needs and agency growth goals
Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive coverage options for clients

Requirements:
Serious and Licensed Inquiries Only!

Active Maryland Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance Producer License required
Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Proficiency with agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Self-motivated team player with a positive, professional attitude
Knowledge of personal lines, commercial lines, or life & health insurance products a plus
