ComForCare Home Health Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for compassionate and dedicated caregiving professionals to join their growing team in Towson, MD! Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
- Â Assist with administering medications Â
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands to support daily living
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Document care activities and maintain accurate client records
Requirements:
- Current certification or experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, GNA, Med Tech, or professional Caregiver
- Valid state certification where applicable (CNA, GNA, Med Tech)
- 2 or more years of Prior home care, assisted living, or healthcare experience required
- Own transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Baltimore/Carroll area
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification required
