About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for compassionate and dedicated PCAs, HHAs, and Caregivers to join their growing team in Randallstown, MD. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and home organization
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience as a PCA, HHA, or Caregiver
- Current CNA, GNA , or Med. techs certification preferred
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client homes in the Randallstown, MD area
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care
