Responsable por las unidades producidas, por la maquinaria de manufactura automatizada en t茅rminos de calidad visual y cantidad.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES
o聽聽 Mantener su 谩rea de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura.
o聽聽 Cumplir con las Buenas Pr谩cticas de Manufactura.
o聽聽 Cumplir y seguir todos los procedimientos e instrucciones de manufactura aplicables a su funci贸n.
o聽聽 Seguir las reglas de los cuartos limpios.
o聽聽 Responsable de realizar inspecci贸n visual de los productos en las m谩quinas asignadas, siguiendo las instrucciones de inspecci贸n visual aplicables.
o聽聽 Responsable de realizar pruebas de funcionalidad a los productos que as铆 lo requieran.
o聽聽 Responsable de reportar al Supervisor, verbalmente y por escrito, cada defecto encontrado en el producto.
o聽聽 Asegurar que el producto a ser empacado est茅 libre de defectos visuals.
o聽聽 Mantener Buena comunicaci贸n con el Operador del pr贸ximo turno asignado a sus m谩quinas, en relaci贸n a los asuntos que hayan ocurrido en la m谩quina, producto, aspectos de calidad, etc.
o聽聽 Colocar el producto en el 谩ra asignada para el proceso de enfriamiento.
o聽聽 Cortar exceso de material en la entrada de las piezas producidas, seg煤n聽las especificaciones.
o聽聽 Realizar funciones de empaque para los productos manufacturados en las m谩quinas asignadas.
o聽聽 Etiquetar correctamente y con la informaci贸n correspondiente, los sobres, las cajas y/o envases de producci贸n, cuando sea requerido.
o聽聽 Pesar la producci贸n, seg煤n las instrucciones correspondientes.
o聽聽 Realizar聽 retrabajo de producto de acuerdo a las instrucciones aprobadas.
o聽聽 Adiestrar a otros Operadores, seg煤n le sea requerido.
o聽聽 Realizar tareas de mantenimiento aut贸nomo, seg煤n asignadas por el supervisor.
o聽聽 Cumplir con otras responsabilidades, seg煤n sean asignadas.
