Member Advocate – Brick & Hamilton Partnership Health Centers

Full-Time | $50,000–$60,000 annually | Brick & Hamilton, NJ


Integrity Health is looking for a self-disciplined, energetic, compassionate, and service-oriented Member Advocate to join our growing Partnership Health Center team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and making healthcare easier to navigate. The Member Advocate will support members and their dependents with healthcare and benefit-related questions and serve as a trusted resource in navigating the healthcare system.


Position Highlights

  • Split time equally between our Brick and Hamilton Partnership Health Centers
  • Serve as a high-touch resource for members and their dependents
  • Assist with questions regarding benefits, claims, network access, prior authorizations, prescriptions, and other healthcare concerns
  • Build strong relationships with members, client leadership, providers, and insurance partners
  • Assist with wellness programs, health fairs, and other member engagement activities
  • Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to resolve member issues


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with health insurance, benefits, claims processing, or healthcare administration preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
