If you have an eye for detail, a passion for woodwork, and a dedication to clean craftsmanship, you will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- General Home Repairs: Address basic residential service requests, including minor plumbing (fixing leaky faucets) and light electrical tasks (replacing light fixtures or switches).
- Precision Trim Installation: Measure, cut, and install crown molding, baseboards, chair rails, wainscoting, and decorative accent walls (shiplap, board and batten).
- Door & Window Restoration: Hang or repair interior and exterior doors, replace window casings, adjust hinges, and install new hardware.
- Wood Rot & Framing Repair: Identify and replace rotted wood on exterior trim, fascia boards, soffits, and deck structures to ensure long-term durability.
- Surface & Drywall Preparation: Repair cracks, holes, and water damage in drywall to ensure smooth surfaces prior to paint application.
- Pressure Washing: Clean exterior home surfaces, driveways, and decks to remove dirt, mold, and old paint debris.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in residential finish carpentry, trim installation, or remodeling.
- Advanced Carpentry Skills: Mastery of compound miter saws, table saws, routers, pneumatic nail guns, and laser levels.
- Mathematical Proficiency: Ability to calculate angles, take highly accurate measurements, and minimize material waste.
- Physical Ability: Comfort working on high scaffolding, extension ladders, and lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Client Relations: Strong interpersonal skills to walk homeowners through structural repair options and project timelines.
- License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record to travel to residential job sites.Â

- At least 5 years of maintenance experience
- Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
- Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
