About the Role:

Bill's Mobile Crane Service Inc is looking for a skilled Welder to join our team in Fayetteville, NC! This is a hands-on opportunity to work with heavy equipment and industrial machinery in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities:

Perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding on structural and mechanical components
Inspect and repair crane components, frames, and heavy equipment parts
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
Conduct quality checks on completed welds to ensure structural integrity and safety compliance
Operate cutting tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety protocols
Collaborate with mechanics and field crews to support crane maintenance and repair operations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in heavy equipment or industrial settings
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding techniques
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and weld specifications
Knowledge of welding safety standards and PPE requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a physically demanding environment
Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required
