Based out of our East District, this role will be responsible for holding the standard of our parks high with excellent landscaping, maintenance and custodial duties. How You’ll Contribute

  • Clean on-site facilities according to established standards. 
  • Perform routine maintenance including painting, changing AC filters and light bulbs, minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
  • Provide customer service by providing information and assisting guests on the grounds.
  • Perform trail maintenance like grading trails, trimming limbs, removing damaged/dead trees, weed eating, constructing water bars and erosion devices and repairing trail system.
  • Maintain and repair park equipment and tools, performs daily inspections of vehicles and maintains records.

How You’re Qualified

  • Two or more years of experience in carpentry, plumbing, facility maintenance, landscaping or construction or relevant experience.
  • Driver's license

How You’ll Stand Out

  • Previous custodial, landscaping and grounds maintenance experience. 
  • Skill in the use of hand tools and power equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision in a team environment.
