Location: UnityPoint Health Clinic- Prairie Parkway- Cedar Falls, Iowa
Shift: 40 hours/week, Variable from Mon-Thur 7-6p; Fri 7-4pm

We're seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! In this role, you'll provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to outpatients while implementing and improving occupational therapy services.Â

Responsibilities
- Evaluates and treats patients in need of occupational therapy services and participates in and provides all necessary components of this responsibility including completion of proper evaluation, creation of a treatment plan, and completion of treatment sessions per established treatment plans
- Produces appropriate documentation and billing in compliance with all third party payor and regulatory guidelines Â
- Provides oversite and supervision of certified occupational therapist assistants and other support personnel
- Completes appropriate communication with all patients, caregivers, fellow staff, and referring providers/clinicians
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of accredited educational program in occupational therapy is required
- Master's degree is preferred
Experience:Â
- 1 year of clinicalexperience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred
License(s)/Certification(s):Â
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Iowa as defined in the Iowa Occupational Therapy Regulation and Practice ActÂ
- BLS CertificationÂ
- Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasonsÂ
