About the Role:

Shooter's Billiards and Sports Bar in Cedar Park, TX is looking for an energetic and experienced Bartender/Shift Lead to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bartender who's ready to step up, take charge, and help create an unforgettable experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

Craft and serve cocktails, beers, and beverages with speed, accuracy, and consistency
Lead and supervise floor and bar staff during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations
Open and/or close the bar, including cash handling, drawer reconciliation, and end-of-shift reporting
Monitor guest experience and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Enforce responsible alcohol service and ensure compliance with TABC regulations
Maintain bar cleanliness, stock inventory, and ensure supplies are adequately stocked throughout the shift
Support a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere across the billiards and sports bar floor

Requirements:

2+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume bar or sports bar setting
Prior shift lead, key holder, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
TABC certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Strong knowledge of cocktails, draft beer systems, and POS systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a team-first attitude
Ability to stay calm, focused, and organized in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
