Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

 

As NFM’s Event and Marketing Producer, you will oversee the coordination and execution of marketing events and promotions. You will also work with internal and external partners to coordinate and carry out events and manage event staff.

 

Job Duties: A Day in the Life - Omaha

  • Monitor Ensure staff complete event follow-ups, recaps and tracking performance to share with the marketing department and broader groups
  • Manage Complete administrative tasks related to staff management in a timely and accurate manner (e.g., job orders, class changes, termination reports, work schedules, timekeeper, etc.)
  • Plan Attend and actively participate in all scheduled NFM supervisor and management training
  • Assist Oversee the department execution of marketing events, following through on initial concept as approved and directed by Marketing Managers
  • Coordinate Schedule staff for execution of events and promotions

  • Monitor Work closely with the Marketing Managers to ensure that the events are strategically executed and meets expectations for the department
  • Manage Oversee the department execution of marketing events, following through on initial concept as approved and directed by Marketing Managers
  • Plan Attend and actively participate in all scheduled NFM supervisor and management training
  • Assist Marketing Managers by ensuring staff complete event follow-ups, recaps and tracking performance to share with the marketing department and broader groups
  • Coordinate Schedule staff for execution of events and promotions

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related area or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of sales, marketing, advertising, or similar experience
  • Experience with the relevant market including knowledge of competitors, local events, charities, etc. preferred
  • Self-starting personality who takes initiative
  • Always maintain a professional appearance and manner  
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with vendors, customers, staff and management  
  • Must work well on a team and be willing to assist peers in workload 
  • Familiarity with market trends and the industry’s best practices
  • Accuracy and speed in handling “in the moment” conditions and providing solutions with hospitality and guest experience as a priority
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays based on the business needs.
  • Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications
  • Valid driver’s license and ongoing acceptable driving record
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle and criminal background
