Location: Cedar Park, TX
Pay Range: $18.00 per hour plus unlimited bonus

Summary
Weāre hiring a Field Sales Representative to join our event marketing and lead generation team. This is a customer-facing role where youāll work inside high-traffic retail locations, greeting shoppers, starting conversations, and collecting contact information from homeowners interested in a free in-home estimate for garage door upgrades.
What You'll Do
- Engage shoppers with confidence and professionalism
- Spark conversations and identify interested homeowners
- Capture leads for free in-home garage door upgrade estimates
- Submit leads via iPad or paper form
- Represent a respected local brand with pride
What You Bring
Ā· Outgoing personality; comfortable speaking with strangers
Ā· Ability to stand and interact for 4ā8 hours per shift
Ā· Reliable, punctual, and coachable
Ā· Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
Ā· Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, event marketing, or brand ambassador roles is a plus (but not required)
Work Conditions
Ā· Work inside climate-controlled, high-traffic retail environments
Ā· No hard selling ā just friendly conversations
Ā· Flexible schedule
Ā· Regular bending, lifting, etc. while assisting with operations.
