This is a revenue-focused role for someone who is comfortable engaging prospects and clients, maintaining accurate CRM data, qualifying opportunities, and moving deals forward with professionalism, persistence, and a consultative approach.

What You’ll Own

  • Manage assigned sales pipeline activity from lead engagement through opportunity progression, proposal support, negotiation, and close.
  • Respond promptly to new leads, qualify opportunities, and maintain consistent communication with prospects and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in NetSuite CRM, including deal stage, technical requirements, timelines, contacts, procurement details, and next steps.
  • Build trusted relationships with current clients and identify opportunities for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell across Loop1 services and solutions.

  • Partner with Technical Sales, Service Delivery, Marketing, and Sales leadership to develop account strategies, campaigns, demos, service scopes, and client engagement plans.
  • Support contract negotiation, renewal management, service scheduling, and handoff activities to help ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Maintain working knowledge of ITOM, observability, SolarWinds, Loop1 services, licensing considerations, competitive trends, and relevant sales certifications.

A Day in the Life

  • You review new inbound leads, prioritize follow-up, and update the CRM with next actions and qualification details.
  • You speak with prospects or current clients to understand technical needs, budget timing, procurement process, and business outcomes.
  • You coordinate with Technical Sales to schedule demos or solution discussions that match the client’s use case.
  • You partner with Service Delivery to confirm scope, scheduling, and resource considerations for project or managed service opportunities.
  • You prepare account notes, proposal inputs, renewal reminders, and sales activity updates that give the team clear visibility into opportunity health.

What Success Looks Like

By day 90, success will look like:
  • You understand Loop1’s sales process, services portfolio, CRM expectations, and core ITOM / observability value proposition.
  • You are actively managing assigned leads and opportunities with accurate CRM data, clear next steps, and timely client follow-up.
  • You have built productive working relationships with Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing, and Service Delivery partners.
  • You are booking qualified meetings, supporting demo creation, advancing opportunities, and contributing to pipeline growth.
  • You can clearly explain Loop1’s value to prospects and clients in a way that connects technical needs to business outcomes.
