Plans, schedules, and manages Production, Inventory, Quality Control, Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving and Machine Shop personnel. Plans for an efficient layout of equipment and flow of materials. Ensures manufacturing performance, volume and quality goals are met by utilizing efficient methods and maintaining appropriate staffing levels. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and corporate policies adhered to. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs and reports to the Division President. Flexibility and willingness to meet changing priorities is essential. This position is a full time position at our office located at 1405 Arrow Point Drive, Suite 1301 Cedar Park, TX 78613. Work hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a one hour lunch break.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years minimum manufacturing and inventory management experience

  • Purchasing and Shipping experience a plus

  • Windows Office experience required, Advanced Excel and Word a must.

  • Infor Syteline experience a plus

  • Good documentation skills and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

  • Good English communications skills, written and verbal.

  • Ability to work overtime as required

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.


Responsibilities:

  • Production, Inventory, Purchasing, Quality Control, Shipping/Receiving, and Machine Shop Management

  • Planning and organizing production schedules and shipping

  • Documenting production processes

  • Assessing project and resource requirements

  • Determining quality control standards

  • Overseeing production processes

  • Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary

  • Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials

  • Managing inventory levels

  • Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

  • Supervising staff

  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met

  • Other duties as assigned
