This role is responsible for managing the admissions process from initial inquiry through placement, ensuring a seamless, professional, and clinically appropriate intake experience. The Admissions Coordinator coordinates all aspects of admissions, including pre-screening, benefits verification, financial communication, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and appropriate placement. This position requires strong clinical awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage high-volume, high-sensitivity interactions while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
