Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient needs. Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions. QualificationsQualifications Education: Associate's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Licenses/Certification: Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) or equivalent in the state of practice. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting. Experience working with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and substance use disorders. Proven track record in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
