Description
The batcher is responsible for preparing and mixing of appropriate ingredients required in producing the World’s Best Lip Balm. The Compounder will closely follow a provided formula and provide the finished batch to the proper production room. The batcher will work closely with the Production Manager and the Production Scheduler.Â
Essential Functions:
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a safe and quality manner while working productively.
- Capable of squatting and crawling under equipment, standing, and repetitively lifting items up to 60 pounds and/or pushing 3000 pounds on wheels.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
