The administrative coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

Responsibilities may include:  
  • Reception duties including greeting clients and directing calls
  • Provide administrative and office support
  • Assist with tax documentation and organization
  • Data management, handling requests and assembling materials
