Automotive Oil & Lube Technician / Mechanic – McGrath Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram

McGrath Dodge in Cedar Rapids is looking for a motivated and dependable Express Technician to join our service team. What You’ll Do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services

• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections

• Replace filters, wiper blades, and most bulbs/headlamps

• Assist certified technicians as part of your training and development

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures

Requirements

• Consistent and reliable work history

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Experience in tire shops, independent shops, chain stores, muffler/brake shops, dealerships, or retail automotive environments is helpful but not required
