Radix Recovery, a leading provider of comprehensive substance abuse treatment programs, is seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by actively identifying and qualifying potential leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and generating qualified opportunities through strategic outreach and promoting programs, contributing significantly to our company's expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement recommendations of strategic marketing plan to align with the company's
    growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain diversified referral relationships with referring professionals including
    programs, IOPs, interventionists, after cares, hospitals/detoxes, clinical professionals and
    outpatient providers on a national level, but primarily in the Midwest region.
  • Report true and accurate information regarding Radix Recovery programs to all inquiring
    parties through extensive knowledge of programming logistics.
  • Plan, organize, and execute appropriate networking events and professionals' events to
    promote Radix Recovery programs.
  • Facilitate clear, effective, prompt, and accurate communication with inquiries via telephone,
    email, or other compliant and secure means.
  • Integral involvement in all areas of the client admission process.
  • During the startup phase (the first two years) the business development representative will
    be responsible for developing administrative processes that support all aspects of admissions
    and daily operations for all levels of care at Radix Recovery.

  • Experience: Sales and/or project management
  • Skills: Good at building rapport and developing relationships.
