Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday

About the Role

To The Rescue is seeking a dependable Cleaning Specialist to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces throughout our facilities. This role is ideal for someone who works independently, communicates effectively, takes pride in their work, and enjoys creating organized and professional environments. 

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Facility Care

• Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces

• Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and maintain facility cleanliness

• Remove trash and maintain supplies throughout the building

• Assist with additional facility-related projects as needed

Quality & Organization

• Ensure cleaning checklists are completed and maintained

• Monitor inventory supplies and communicate ordering needs

• Perform walkthroughs to ensure assigned areas meet quality standards

• Report maintenance concerns or facility issues as needed to the Maintenance Supervisor

• Represent To The Rescue in a professional manner

• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities

• Dependable and self-motivated

• Strong communication and organizational skills 

• Communicate effectively with staff and internal customers occasionally

• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities experience preferred

• Experience working independently and managing multiple responsibilities

• Experience with commercial or office cleaning is a plus
