What You'll Do

Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records.
Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care.
Ensure patients are comfortable throughout their visit.
Maintain infection control and OSHA standards.
Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and the front office to deliver outstanding patient care.

What We're Looking For

Dental Assistant experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Current Iowa Dental Assistant registration (or ability to obtain).
X-ray certification preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Positive attitude with a strong team-first mindset.
Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
