Position Overview: QIDP Staff Coordinator As a Staff Coordinator, you’ll be part of our Inpatient Team, delivering direct care services that are: Client-centered Strengths-based Professional and compassionate This leadership role within the Inpatient Team is responsible for overseeing daily cottage operations, staff supervision, and the implementation of therapeutic programming. This position ensures fidelity to trauma-informed care, documentation standards, and agency procedures while maintaining a safe and structured milieu for youth. the position supports professional development through staff coaching, training, and performance oversight. Strong decision making skills, consistent floor presence, and effective collaboration with internal and external partners are essential. Why Choose Tanager? QualificationsQualifications High School Diploma Must be at least 20 years of age.
