Position: Full-Time Lease/Rental Sales Representative

What You'll Do:

• Identify Prospects: Compile and visit a list of potential customers to spark interest in vehicle lease programs.
• Explain Leasing Benefits: Clearly communicate the advantages of leasing to customers.
• Develop Proposals: Utilize our leasing company proposal and marketing materials.
• Calculate Charges: Compute leasing charges based on contract length, mileage, and taxes.
• Prepare Contracts: Send leasing contracts to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain Logs: Organize and maintain a customer visit log.
• Monitor Needs: Communicate customer needs and requests to the relevant departments.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding vehicle sales, leasing, and rentals.
• Report: Prepare business transaction and expense reports.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Organizational Skills: Strong managerial and organizational abilities.
• Customer Service: Superior customer service skills.
• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Numerical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
