Join our production team as a Manufacturing Production Worker and play a key role in delivering quality products every day. This is a hands-on opportunity where your attention to detail and teamwork will make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What will you do?

Operate the welding, processing, and assembly equipment in the weld cell

Read and follow written instructions
Read and understand a part print
Perform equipment set up and changeovers on all welders
Monitor equipment performance and perform adjustments as needed to maintain quality
Perform quality inspection using gauges and operate SPC software
Use SAP software to complete order transactions
Maintain a safe and clean work environment (5S)

What qualifications will make you successful?

Ability to read and understand written materials
Basic computer skills
Dexterity to assemble small parts
Ability to either stand or sit for 8 hours at a workstation
Ability to work with others in a team environment
Ability to work safely in manufacturing environment
High School Diploma or GED required
