The healthy range for this role is $67-74k USD, as we are looking for a candidate with 5 years of Quality experience including oversight of the Quality Management System, coordinating ISO 9001 compliance audits, and Root Cause Analysis.
Iām requesting our top compensation to be $72k USD for this role with a bonus factor of 0.20 which is equitable across the department and this individual contributor role.

Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities:
⢠Oversees the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.
⢠Coordinates and manages external ISO 9001 audits and certifications.
⢠Investigates and diagnoses internal and external problem root causes and leads the corrective action process.
⢠Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
⢠Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
⢠Communicates quality standards and parameters to the production operations team and other appropriate staff.
⢠Provides quality & manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing performance records and data, answering questions and responding to requests.
⢠Assists and performs quality functions as needed.
⢠Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
⢠Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action.
⢠Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally to all levels of Vontas and customers.
⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database experience.
⢠Organized with attention to detail.
⢠Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
⢠Three years of experience with Quality Management Systems.
⢠ISO 9001 experience preferred.
⢠Bachelorās degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
⢠Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer/laptop.
⢠Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (including domestic and international), sometimes for extended periods, which may involve sitting during transit and walking at various locations.
⢠Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
⢠Must be able to handle high utilization of hand and wrist dexterity.
