Receiving Clerk|Cedar Rapids| HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Available shift:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm / Climate Controlled

Incentives:

Min = $26.36
3 Months = $26.72
6 Months = $27.01
9 Months = $27.27
12 Months = $27.65

Summary

Looking for an individual for our Receiving Clerk position. This person will be responsible for counting and verifying part numbers that arrive from our suppliers using packing lists. Once verified, he/she will do transactions to receipt the parts into our SAP system.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

Unload shipments from trucks.
Open boxes to count and verify part numbers that have arrived from our suppliers. Verify against the supplier packing list.
Do transactions to receipt the part numbers and quantities into our SAP system.
Communicate any discrepancies/issues to our purchasing department.

Candidate Requirements

1-3 years of receiving/warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient with computers. Especially beneficial if the candidate has experience with SAP or some other ERP software.
Must have good organization skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
