What You'll Do:

• Lead the Charge: Manage and oversee daily operations of the service department.
• Inspire Your Team: Lead skilled technicians and mechanics, ensuring top-notch training and equipment.
• Elevate Standards: Maintain and improve service procedures to boost customer satisfaction.
• Handle Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism.
• Boost Profitability: Continue on our strong momentum for sustained profitability and implement cost-effective strategies to control expenses and increase profits.
• Collaborate: Work closely with parts and inventory management for efficient stock levels.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Education/Experience: Proven track record as a Service Manager in the heavy truck and diesel service industry. 2-year degree or 3-5 year management experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of heavy trucks and diesel engines.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computer software for record-keeping and data analysis.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.

*This position may be considered safety-sensitive if the candidate holds an active CDL.
