McGrath Family of Dealerships is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Centralized Shuttle Driver to join our Transportation team. This role is essential to providing an exceptional customer experience by safely transporting customers and vehicles while supporting the daily operations of our service departments.

Requirements
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset

• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable driving in various weather and traffic conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
What You'll Do
• Safely transport customers to and from McGrath service departments
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments
• Assist with vehicle movement throughout the dealership, including service lane support and test drives
• Maintain a professional and welcoming experience for every customer interaction
• Support the transportation and service teams with additional duties as assigned
