In this role, you'll help bring our learning and development programs to life by coordinating learning experiences, supporting development initiatives, maintaining learning systems and resources, and ensuring employee-owners have the tools and support they need to succeed.

If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and support learning and development programs, initiatives, and events across the organization.
  • Assist with onboarding, leadership development, internship programs, employee-owner development, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Manage participant communications, enrollments, program records, completion tracking, reporting, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain learning systems, resources, and records while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Administer compliance training, assessments, and feedback tools, including tracking completion and preparing reports.
  • Support employee feedback survey processes through data management, reporting, and action plan tracking.
  • Coordinate learning calendars, events, schedules, travel arrangements, materials, and meeting logistics.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to employee-owners, leaders, vendors, and external partners.
  • Assist with budget tracking, vendor payments, learning resources, certifications, grants, and development opportunities.
  • Partner with Learning & Development and other People Operations team members to support employee-owner growth and engagement.

What Makes You Successful

  • You champion a culture of learning, employee ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • You build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate initiative, accountability, and strong follow-through.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • You are adaptable, solutions-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional employee experience.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when managing programs, processes, and data.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education or coursework preferred.
  • Experience coordinating projects, programs, or initiatives while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Two or more years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, training administration, project coordination, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting learning management systems, employee development programs, assessments, or related systems preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills.
  • A passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed.

This is an office-based position requiring daily onsite presence. The candidate will work from our Cedar Rapids office Monday through Friday and be actively engaged with leaders, employee-owners, and business partners in person.
